In compliance with new Ontario government regulations, the Canadian Gemmological Association has now been certified as a Private Career College with the Ontario Ministry of Training, Colleges and Universities. The Gemmology Accelerated Program and Gemmology Part-Time Program have been approved, and approval for our Gemmology Correspondence Program is pending.
The benefits of this certification are many, but will occasion some changes to our daily operations and to our teaching and tutoring programs. Furthermore, as a primarily volunteer organization, the participation of members is essential to our ongoing vitality. This is an opportunity to influence what the organization can do for YOU!
Please make a point of marking your calendar and make sure you come to learn how these changes have and will affect the Canadian Gemmological Association.
